The Phoenix Directive - A Path Forward

This proposal seeks to establish the Phoenix Directive Organization and garner support for future chain development initiatives.\n\nWe request $100,000 (243,902 LUNA @0.41) in funding, allocated as follows:\n\n- $60,000 for the creation of the BORG entity framework and legal documents through MetaLeX\n\n- $40,000 for the initial infrastructure setup costs, development and audit of the BORG treasury contract and to buffer against price volatility\n\nThese funds will cover the incorporation of the BORG structure, the provision of infrastructure services currently managed by TFL, development and audit of the BORG treasury contract. The BORG will offer these services as a public good for the Terra chain.\n\nThis proposal aims to bootstrap the Phoenix Directive and will be followed by an Alliance Listing proposal once the treasury contracts have been developed, audited and deployed.\n\nSee https://commonwealth.im/terra/discussion/23826-the-phoenix-directive
