Description
This proposal aims to set the reward weight for both the chain alliance contract and ampROAR to 0%. In its place, a new Liquidity Alliance with a reward weight of 5% will be introduced. This Liquidity Alliance will be a single-asset bucket, which includes Liquid Staking Token (LST) LPs.
